Dr. Hallie Bornstein Banziger was raised in Missoula, MT.  After graduating from Hellgate High School in Missoula she attended Cornell University.  She received her BA in philosophy with a concentration in Women’s Studies.  Dr. Banziger has engaged in numerous research projects throughout her professional career most of which have focused on women’s health topics.  Dr. Banziger completed her graduate work in Clinical Psychology at the University of Wyoming.  Upon completing her course work she accepted a job in Portland, OR at the VA Hospital, being the project coordinator of a national multi site grant examining various treatments for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  Dr. Banziger completed her pre doctoral internship in Syracuse, NY at Hutchings Psychiatric Center.  While in Syracuse she met her husband (a New York native) and they moved back to Montana upon completion of her internship.  Dr. Banziger began her private practice in Bozeman in 2004 where she works with children, families, couples, and adults.
