Dr. Nicholas Anthony offers a
broad range of clinical experience to assist with adult and senior mental
health and addiction issues. Sleep, depression, anxiety, interpersonal
and geriatric related problems are areas of specialty. He earned his Doctorate
in psychology from the University of Cincinnati, Master from the University of
Richmond and Bachelor’s from Duquesne University. Before relocating to Montana,
he has been licensed and practiced in Ohio, Florida and Arizona. He has
worked in a variety of settings, including medical and psychiatric hospitals,
counseling clinics, mental health centers and as a psychologist in the Air
Force for four years. He has had articles of his psychological research
published, made presentations at national meetings and written articles for
medical publications as well as major newspapers. While offering cognitive
behavioral therapy, he does not practice a single approach to all issues and
develops unique therapeutic assistance for each individual's problems, based
upon their personal experiences, abilities and beliefs. He believes that
treatment should be focused and goal oriented, with an effort to gain a
successful termination.
