Billing
Before scheduling your appointment, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm network coverage. We will bill the insurance you provide at the time of service and will ask to see your insurance card at every visit to ensure that we have the most current information for your account.
All copays are due at time of service and as part of the contract between you and your insurance carrier, we are unable to waive these for any reason. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits although we are happy to assist you with questions.
Accepted Insurance Plans
Many of the insurance plans that we contract with have network specific plans that we might not be part of. We strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment to verify that your provider is in network to ensure the lowest possible cost to you or your family.
