Garden City Professional Offices has been a cornerstone of mental health care since 1990, when Drs. Phil and Marcy Tepper Bornstein answered western Montana’s growing need for psychological services. From the early days of treating children and adolescents to delivering comprehensive mental health care for adults, couples, and families, our purpose has always been to provide high-quality and personalized care to every client. During the past three decades, we’ve expanded services into the Bozeman area and grown our multidisciplinary team to include specialists in psychiatry, psychology, social work, and professional nursing. Administrative Staff

Sarah and Michelle oversee the office and serve as your first point of contact. They share the responsibility of listening to your concerns and connecting you to a provider who has the experience and expertise to solve the problem you currently face.
One of Sarah’s primary roles is patient scheduling and answering questions you might have that pertain to receiving therapeutic services in our office, receiving services through a web-based platform (telehealth), medical records, HIPPA regulations and more.
Michelle is an accountant and has extensive experience in health care. She works closely with private and government insurers (Medicare/Medicaid) and can help you to navigate the bureaucratic maze that often accompanies co-payments, coinsurance, deductibles, and coordination of benefits.
